@Christopher yeah homie, since i took a healthy life style my life changed to way better. Exercises, healthy diet, walking regurlarly, sun's vitamin d, etc etc... personal development really changed my life, feeling way better, rarely i get any disease, even my drawings and animations got better

jeez homie... 2020 i didn't got a cold, but 2021 i got this covid thing. We still living with covid and other new diseases with pandemic potential, it's a war, we gotta take care, healthy habits, healthy diet, etc
